All of my private sessions include body composition analysis, physical fitness assessment, nutrition tips & recipes, sample 7 day meal plan, 24/7 e-mail support and 2 - 20 min. phone consultations per month. I will review and adjust your routine every 3-6 weeks or as needed.
You MUST be accountable! A FOOD JOURNAL and EXERCISE LOG must be kept for my MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, which states that you will lose a minimum of 1-3 lbs of body fat per week, as well as look and feel better. You will shed body fat while increasing your lean body mass (LBM or muscle). This is why strength training is a must in any fitness program!!! Muscle is your natural metabolic furnace and this is one of many reasons why strength training is very important for men and women trying to lose body fat.
