Discover the secret of getting into the best shape of your life, in as little as 20-30 minutes per day. I use several methods that will melt fat away and build lean muscle. The concept is simple, eat better, exercise and get adaquate rest. My routines can be very basic in nature but the format will prove to be quite challenging, even for the hard core fitness enthusiast!
* I will maximize your work out time, for those busy moms and dads out there.
* No equipment no problem, bodyweight training is my preference.
* Going on vacation, do these 5-10 minute routines that will keep you on track
and gasping for air.
* Follow the 80%-90% compliance rule when it comes to nutrition.
* Eating natural whole foods and drinking plenty of water are essential for fat loss.
Look I am not here to sell you lies and magic fat loss pills, but I am here to sell you the gift of health through exercise and proper nutrition. It will take an effort and a commitment on your part. You will slip up from time to time, but each time you will get back up and started again that much faster. I will educate you on proper exercise selection and technique as well as introduce you to healthier eating habits. MY job will be to give you the tools that you will need in order to meet your goals. At the end of your program you will be able to design your own routines that best suite you and your specific needs. If down the road you need a refresher or something new, I will be here for you!! I am an educator of fitness and wellness and you are the student. Learn what I teach and practice that lifestyle. I promise you a healthier life in return. If a boot camp atmospher is what you like, my camps are fun and challenging. Training with a partner is always a great choice, whether training with a spouse, family member or friend, having that added person creates a feeling of competitiveness and social support that can make the world of difference.
